What is vitamin dee entertainment?
Vitamin Dee Entertainment is a creative arts and entertainment company that is grounded in faith and community and aims to bring people together through arts. By successfully executing events independently and through community collaborations, VDE has curated unforgettable experiences with impact. VDE strives to elevate the Christian and broader Creative community with an emphasis on supporting African Nova Scotian and Black creatives within said community. By creating events, experiences, and opportunities for those artists and creatives, Vitamin Dee is driven to be a connecting bridge between creatives, industry professionals, and resources while also creating spaces and places for them to advance and share their art.
At Vitamin Dee Entertainment, we understand that culturally and historically, many underrepresented and under supported communities have creative arts infused in their social, cultural, ethnic, and faith community and experience. With this recognition, VDE aims to actively support these creatives within the parameters of Biblical values and precepts. As creatives connected to Vitamin Dee grow in their craft and share their stories through different creative avenues, we work as a means to support and promote faith and diversity in artistic and cultural representation. Above all, Vitamin Dee is a company that is surrendered to the Great Commission through the establishment, nurture, and growth of Christian faith-based music, art, and creativity that promotes and advances God’s Kingdom agenda of winning and sustaining souls for Jesus.

How we fulfill our Mission:
The mission of Vitamin Dee is fulfilled through what we call the E’s of VDE: Education, Entertainment, Edification, and Engagement.
Education:
Create opportunities to educate creatives and equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the creative arts industry
Entertainment:
Create spaces for Kingdom-centered creativity in efforts to make Jesus known through creative and artistic avenues
Edification:
Building creatives into their career while also building up Christian creatives to stand in the midst of navigating the industry
Engagement:
Engaging a diverse collective of people who love creativity or are the creatives themselves. Through creative spaces that bring many together for a common goal or interest
